Pork Chop Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat shortening in large electric skillet.
    Add pork chops and saute until brown.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
