Mike'S Famous Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground sirloin
    6 links Italian sausage (3 mild and 3 hot)
    2 medium onions
    2 bell peppers
    1 small jalapeno, finely chopped (optional)
    24 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 cloves garlic (fry 2 cloves in sirloin)
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomatoes sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (14 oz.) can Hunt's choice-cut diced tomatoes with Italian style herbs
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    2 qt. diced tomatoes
    pinch of basil and thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 to 1 tsp. each oregano, tarragon, paprika and dill weed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut links into bite-sized pieces.
    Fry by itself until brown. Then put in pot with other ingredients.
    In large skillet fry sirloin, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 bell pepper until almost done.
    Then add into pot with other ingredients.
    Combine all ingredients and simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Add mushrooms 1 hour before sauce is done.
