Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. grated zucchini
4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. salt
2 1/4 c. white vinegar
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. each: nutmeg, dry mustard, turmeric and cornstarch
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. celery salt
1 each: green and red pepper, chopped finely (sweet pepper)
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients together in large bowl and let stand overnight.
Drain and rinse in cold water and drain again.
