Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Add egg, pineapple and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together.
Add to pineapple mixture.
Add nuts.
Drop teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
