Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (powder)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. each: fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green peppers and onions, finely chopped (onions optional)
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls out on a baking sheet, pinching seams together to make 1 large pan of bread and bake as directed.
