Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
6 apples, peeled and diced

Preparation

Beat oil and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, salt, vanilla, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add flour and nuts; mix. Add apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
