Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large tomatoes, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    6 green peppers, chopped
    6 to 8 jalapenos, chopped
    2 to 4 hot peppers, chopped
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    6 to 8 cloves garlic, diced
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili pepper
Preparation
    Clean your vegetables and chop up. Bring all ingredients to a boil in saucepot.
    Reduce to medium heat for 10 minutes.
    In a water bath kettle, process for 30 minutes.
    Take out to cool.
