Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    1 lb. wide egg noodles
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown beef. Add water; simmer until tender. Add water as necessary while cooking. Add mushrooms (include juice) and beef base. Thicken broth.
