Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour (and 1 Tbsp.)
    4/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. vegetable shortening
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix well by hand, will be thick.
    Roll into small balls (your desired size).
    Place on cookie sheet; press down with fork.
    Keep putting fork in water so dough won't stick to fork.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 until brown, 10 minutes.
