Velma'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 stick butter
    1 grated medium onion
    1 large or 2 small grated carrots
    1/2 pt. low-fat sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm crumbs
    pinch of salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain, mash and add remaining ingredients, adding sour cream last.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown and bubbly.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
