Baked Tomatoes And Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh or unsalted stewed tomatoes
    1 c. cut cooked corn
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry, unsalted bread crumbs
Preparation
    Simmer tomatoes about 5 minutes.
    Add corn, green pepper, onion, butter and pepper and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Place alternate layers of vegetable mixture and bread crumbs in greased baking dish, ending with a layer of crumbs.
    Dot with unsalted butter and bake in a hot oven (400\u00b0) about 20 minutes or until browned.
