Chicken Risatto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken tenders
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 to 1 tsp. fresh garlic
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice (Minute)
    1 small pkg. fine shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown chicken pieces in half of the margarine; when browned, take out and set aside.
    Add rest of margarine, garlic and rice; brown slightly.
    Add broth and cook until liquid is absorbed.
    Put chicken pieces back in pan and warm.
    When served, put cheese on top.
    Serve with tossed salad.
