Chicago Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef rump roast or any piece beef that slices well
    2 tsp. Italian seasonings (oregano, rosemary, thyme, savory, sage, basil, marjoram)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 (12 oz.) small jar pepperoncini (juice and all)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in roaster pan.
    Cover roaster and bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for about 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Baste and turn meat several times during cooking.
    Take out of oven and cool overnight in refrigerator.
