Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 c. milk or cream (I use half and half)
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook cabbage in salted water, uncovered, until fork-tender.
    Drain off water and place cabbage in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
