Everlasting Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. applesauce
1 c. oleo
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream oleo, sugar and eggs.
Add baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nuts and vanilla.
Add flour and applesauce alternately.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
(Batter will keep in covered container in refrigerator for 6 weeks.)
