Carolina Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. cabbage, finely chopped or coarsely grated
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine vegetables in large bowl.
In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cool and pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate.
