Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced very thin
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Good on pork, beef or chicken.
Apply barbecue sauce for about the last 10 minutes.
If meat gets a little black around the edges, it's not the meat burning, it's merely the sauce getting black.
