Ham-Pecan-Blue Cheese Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked bow-tie pasta
    4 oz. cooked ham, cut into strips
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. crumbled Blue cheese
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Combine pasta and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, tossing well.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Serve immediately or chill, if desired.
    Yield: 6 servings.
