Cold Oven Pound Cake A La Gooch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine, shortening, sugar and the flavorings.
    Add to the cream 6 eggs, one at a time, thoroughly beating the mixture after adding each egg.
    Finally, to mixture, add 1 cup of milk and 3 cups of flour.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour mixture into tube pan.
    Place in cold oven and turn oven on to 350\u00b0.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand in pan 15 minutes; remove and serve hot.
