Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 c. medium cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano and milk, just until blended.
Turn into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
