Lime-Seasoned Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fresh or frozen salmon steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lime juice
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
Preparation

Rinse salmon; pat dry.
Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; brush over salmon.
Place salmon in a greased grill basket (or directly on the grill, if you do not have one).
Grill until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing often with the sauce.
Turn halfway through grilling.
