Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
    6 slices bread or however many are needed to cover bottom of 12 x 8-inch baking dish
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Line a 12 x 8-inch buttered baking dish with bread slices. Layer sausage on top of this, then layer of cheese.
    Beat eggs with milk and seasonings; pour over above.
    Refrigerate overnight or long enough for it to set up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
