Ingredients

8 medium carrots, thinly sliced
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sorghum
3 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Simmer carrots in water until almost tender.
Remove carrots and add juice and sorghum to carrot water.
Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
Add carrots and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
