John Garner Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick
10 eggs
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix together 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup heavy cream.
Cover bottom of 10 x 6 x 2-inch glass baking dish with the 1/4 pound sliced cheese.
Cover with one half the cream mixture.
Break 10 eggs over this.
Cover with remaining cream mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Bake in slow oven, 325\u00b0, for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and eggs set; or cover with Saran and hold in refrigerator uncooked. For morning guests, bring to room temperature, uncover and bake.
