Low-Sodium Puffy Omelet(Serves 6; Under 200 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Angostura aromatic bitters
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    chopped chives or parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat egg yolks in separate bowl with water, paprika, Angostura and pepper.
    Pour into egg whites, folding in gently, until well blended.
