5 Hour No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat
    5 large potatoes
    5 carrots
    1 medium onion
    4 large stalks celery
    1 medium bell pepper
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 can water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Layer all ingredients in crock-pot; sprinkle cornstarch over stew.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
