Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan, combine pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix according to box directions and pour over pecans and coconut.
Melt butter and cream cheese together, stir in powdered sugar and pour over batter.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
Let cool and remove from pan.
