Irene'S Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 sq. chocolate, chipped
1 to 2 Tbsp. Karo (clear)
1/4 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. vanilla
pecans
Preparation

Bring to a boil, stirring continuously sugar, milk, chocolate and Karo.
When reaches a hard-boiled stage, remove from heat and add oleo, vanilla and pecans.
Beat or stir vigorously until begins to harden.
Pour out onto buttered plate.
Cut.
