Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated unpared zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

In mixing bowl beat eggs and gradually add sugar until well mixed.
Add the vegetable oil and beat.
Mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
Add to the egg, sugar and oil mixture together with zucchini in small amounts. Alternate first dry and then zucchini.
Add walnuts, raisins and vanilla.
Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
Freezes well for future use.
