Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    3 eggs, beaten well
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 lb. Velveeta
    1/4 lb. mild Cheddar, grated
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix spinach, eggs and butter.
    Fold in flour and cheeses.
    Mix well and place in buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
