Spiced Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. juice from canned spiced peaches
6 ice cubes
7 spiced peaches, cut up
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in peach juice, heated to boiling point.
Then add ice cubes.
When mixture congeals slightly, add peaches and nuts.
Serves 8.
