Chicken Breasts Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove of garlic, cut
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Wash chicken, drain and pat dry.
    Rub with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Rub with garlic, sprinkle with remaining seasonings and let stand for 3 hours.
    Place broiler pan as far from heat as possible.
    Place chicken on aluminum foil.
    Dot with butter.
    Broil in preheated broiler for 20 minutes on each side, basting frequently with butter.
    Sprinkle with almonds 10 minutes before serving.
    Serve topped with almonds and butter. Yields 2 servings.
