World'S Greatest Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Beat egg lightly in bowl.
    Add salt, pepper, thyme, basil, ketchup, mustard, bread crumbs and bouillon.
    Mix well.
    Mix in celery, onion and cheese.
    Add ground meat and mix lightly.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Makes 10 servings.
