Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size bell peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 c. oats, uncooked
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    pinch of baking soda
Preparation
    Note:
    If you have any mixture leftover, refrigerate for hamburgers or meat loaf.
