Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
Then lower temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 10 more minutes or until cake tests done.
Remove from pan and cool before frosting.
