Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. plain flour
3 c. crushed pineapple, strained
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all these ingredients together and cook.
Top with caramel icing.
