Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chips (milk chocolate or peanut butter)
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (13 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    In medium pot on low heat, melt chips and milk; when melted, remove from heat.
    Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well and pour into 9-inch pan lined with wax paper.
    Chill and cut into pieces.
    Peanut butter sets up faster than chocolate.
