Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add sugar, vanilla and oil to beaten eggs, blending well. Stir in zucchini gradually.
    Add dry ingredients; fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    Place onto cooling racks.
