Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. thick buttermilk
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar and
    flour.
    Beat eggs thoroughly; add to the sugar and flour mixture.
    Add melted margarine and buttermilk; mix well.
    Add
    extracts
    and
    pour into chilled 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake
    at
    425\u00b0
    for\t10
    minutes,
    then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0
    and continue baking for 35 minutes without opening door.
