Cajun Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red new potatoes, cooked and cut into chunks
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. dried cilantro or 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except potatoes. Toss with warm potatoes.
    Cover and chill 12 to 24 hours.
