Pork Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 pork chops, cubed and seasoned to taste
5 eggs, hard-boiled
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans beef broth bouillon
1 medium pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Brown pork chops, then steam until tender.
Remove bones and cube.
Chop onion and eggs, then place in separate containers. Cook egg noodles.
Drain and add bouillon, heating thoroughly. Spoon noodles and bouillon into serving dishes.
Top with the cubed pork, chopped eggs and onion.
