Algonquin Deer Meat Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. meat
1 onion
4 to 6 potatoes
1 lb. pkg. carrots
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Place meat in slow cooker or in pan on stove at medium heat until tender.
Add onion and carrots.
Add potatoes last.
Make gravy with meat juice and flour.
