Yummy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. frozen hash browns (country style)
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Transfer mixture to a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0 (or 1 hour at 375\u00b0).
    Remove foil for last 20 minutes of baking.
