Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni
Preparation

Mix milk and egg.
Mix flour, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Flatten chicken breasts.
Dip in milk and egg mixture, then in flour, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese mixture.
Fry in oil until brown.
Pour spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish; layer chicken breasts, then sauce.
Top with sliced Provolone cheese and sliced pepperoni.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
