Macadamia Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
2/3 c. macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Blend in syrup.
Add eggs slowly, stirring until well blended.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
