Sausage And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. smoked sausage, cut into small pieces
    16 oz. can sauerkraut
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    black pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown sausage, pepper and onion.
    Add sauerkraut.
    Let cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Delicious served on top of mashed potatoes.
