Creamy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    2 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 stick butter, cut in bits
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    pepper
    1 pt. heavy (whipping) cream
Preparation
    Bake or boil potatoes until just tender.
    Peel and shred into large bowl.
    Toss with cheese, salt and pepper.
    Put in greased 2 quart baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Pour cream over. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lightly browned and bubbly.
    Delicious!
