Pineapple-Pecan Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of chives
    dash of salt
    1/2 fresh pineapple, with center cut away
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and place in fresh pineapple.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
