Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. Heinz ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix beef, cracker crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and pepper together and form into balls.
Brown on all sides in skillet or place on cookie sheet and bake approximately 20 minutes.
Boil ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, water, brown sugar and onion. Bring mixture to full boil; simmer until onion is tender.
Pour over meat balls.
Marinate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
