Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn in small pieces into salad bowl
    1 head cauliflower, broken into very small florets
    1 medium onion or 6 green scallions, chopped
    mayonnaise
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
    12 shakes of wine vinegar bottle
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Put lettuce in bottom of salad bowl. Add cauliflower and onion; add just enough mayo to cover top. Sprinkle dry salad dressing mix on top. Add about 12 shakes of vinegar bottle to top of mayo; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add crumbled bacon; cover and refrigerate overnight or until serving time, then mix and serve.
